Anthony Ewing - Co-Founder, Partner
Anthony is an industry leader in Learning & Development. As a seasoned practitioner, this includes the design and delivery of high-impact learning experiences, often involving cutting-edge technology. In his role as a consultant, he builds Learning & Development teams and functions from the ground up. Given his background and experience in Marketing and Communications, Anthony brings a design thinking approach to the communications and creative aspects of his work.
Anthony has worked with a broad range of organizations in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, and health tech. Most recently, Anthony has spent several years in Silicon Valley building and leading new Commercial Learning & Development teams within several high-growth start-up organizations. This has culminated in an extreme passion for innovation and challenging the status quo.

Norm Ralph - Partner
Norm has a proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and initiatives. He has played a critical role in evaluating talent to build high-performing teams, and in analyzing and implementing right-sized repeatable processes that scale. Norm brings creativity and collaboration into the problem solving process and holds leaders to a high level of accountability in driving for results.
During his 11+ years at CME Group, Norm played key cross-functional leadership and change management roles in the firm's significant ‘grow and build’ phases, including two major acquisitions, three international office openings, and several major reorganizations. Amidst all of this change, CME Group’s core business model was challenged with significant shifts in the areas of risk management, market expansion, globalization, and financial regulation. This included building and scaling Product Teams & Software Development Processes using Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile, and Lean principles.

Cathy Ach - Partner
Cathy is a very seasoned consultant with deep expertise in strategy formulation, organization alignment, leadership development and large-scale change. She is also a Certified Professional Coach, and has worked closely with hundreds of leaders to help them drive growth and sustainable change in critical areas of business performance.
Cathy has partnered with senior leaders across a wide range of industries and organizations in her role as both an OD consultant and executive coach. Since 2010, she has been involved in coaching consortiums at five major global corporations on multi-year initiatives to accelerate leadership development and transform the culture. She is deeply invested in enabling and inspiring individuals, teams and organizations to perform at their highest levels.

Tuere Wiggins - Managing Consultant
Tuere is an accomplished consultant with interdisciplinary experience in business transformation, marketing, and innovation. She is skilled at research, analysis, and developing strategies that position businesses to be more efficient and effective.
Tuere has partnered with key stakeholders in several Fortune 500 companies on solving supply chain, organizational, and customer engagement challenges to achieve and sustain competitive advantage. Her industry background is diverse, including retail, consumer goods, food service, and hospitality, as well as the federal government.
Tuere has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Virginia. In 2014 she enrolled as a Fellow at Experience Institute, an experiential learning program with Design Thinking as one of its core competencies. It significantly influenced her interest in creating meaningful products, services, and experiences for people and businesses.

Kristin Loo - Operations Manager
Kristin Loo is the Operations Manager at Thoughtium, a firm that specializes in the strategic experience and engaging leaders to build teams and process around what is most important for their organizations.
Most recently, Kristin managed a program for early career professionals in the non-profit space. During her time at INROADS, she was able to achieve tangible results by combining a strong skill set of talent acquisition, talent training and project management. Leveraging this background in developing and facilitating leadership training for students seamlessly aligns with the transition into the Thoughtium core focus areas.
Kristin earned a Bachelors of Science from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey Business School in Marketing. She is currently continuing her education with DePaul University’s Human Resources Certification program.

Erin Fleckenstein - Consultant
Erin is a dynamic and transformative problem solver with a passion for building programs to drive change. She is a diplomatic team leader adept at building, developing, and leading teams by utilizing cross-functional communication skills and inspirational employee mentorship.
During her 11+ years at the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), Erin applied her exceptional communication skills, program and technical expertise, and transformative IT leadership aptitudes to design and implement mission critical strategic programs. In her role as Chief of Staff to the CIO she drove high-level strategy decisions and established formal IT programs. These programs focused on garnering institutional support for IT initiatives centered on regulatory compliance and business management while focusing on transparency and culture. Erin brings pointed clarity to problem solving and is passionate about building teams and programs.
