Anthony Ewing - Co-Founder, Principal
Anthony Ewing is the Co-Founder and Principal at Thoughtium, a firm that specializes in the strategic experience and engaging leaders to build teams and process around what is most important for their organizations. Anthony enables organizations to think differently about how they design and deliver unique learning experiences and build world class capabilities from within.
With nearly 15 years of industry experience, Anthony has worked with a broad range of organizations in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, and health tech. After spending eight years in Sales and Marketing roles with Pfizer, he consulted several mid- and large scale organizations on launch strategy and curriculum design. In 2012, Anthony had the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of the industry-recognized Astellas Learning Center as the Director of Learning Strategy.
Most recently Anthony has spent several years in Silicon Valley building and leading new Commercial Learning and Development teams within several explosive start-up organizations. This has culminated in an an extreme passion innovation and challenging the status quo.
In August of 2016, Anthony founded Thoughtium, LLC with the mission of providing unique value in the strategic planning and experience design space. He believes in partnering with his clients to define the learning experience and organize resources and human capital around key opportunities to increase learning outcomes and drive culture from within.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications from Augustana College and an MBA from Loyola University, Chicago. He is passionate about growing his business in new ways, including creative content and social media management.

Norm Ralph - Co-Founder, Principal
Norm Ralph is the Co-Founder and Principal at Thoughtium, a firm that specializes in the strategic experience and engaging leaders to build teams and process around what is most important for their organizations.
Norm brings 15+ years of experience leading teams during growth and change. Norm's energy and passion comes during the build and re-build process as leaders define the culture, people, capabilities and processes needed to grow and scale.
During his 11 years at CME Group, Norm played key leadership roles in the firm's significant growth phases, including two major acquisitions, 3 international office openings, and several major reorganizations. Norm designed and implemented strategy and process at the executive, department, cross-functional and team level.
Most recently, Norm led the IT Shared Services team, a client services practice providing project delivery services for the $100M project portfolio. The core practices play critical roles in the prioritization, planning, analysis, design, integration, and execution.
Norm started his career as a business analyst, leveraging these skills in eliciting, defining, and building repeatable processes that scale. His management philosophy starts with putting people first and allowing individuals to work through others.
Norm earned an MBA in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Augustana College. He is an active member of the Executives Club of Chicago and is passionate about the entrepreneurial process of scaling new businesses.
