As a Consultant:

We’re seeking a highly effective, forward-thinking Consultant to join our growing team and contribute to important client work. The Consultant will work in project teams to design and deliver small and large-scale projects within multiple clients across a broad set of client industries.  

The Role:
Project Success:

• Lead 1-3 workstreams simultaneously, ensuring effective project delivery and client satisfaction
• Independently create and manage core deliverables for client engagements
• Co-facilitate and contribute to Thoughtium’s core offerings and workshops
• Analyze project success measurement data to track and optimize project performance

Design & Development of Experiences:

• Design & develop all project deliverables to meet the needs of our clients
• Consistently apply Thoughtium best practices in design and development processes
• Ensure high-quality and innovative solutions in the creation of client experiences

Client Relationship Management:

• Lead client review meetings, presenting progress and aligning on expectations
• Cultivate strong client relationships through professional communication and trust-building
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business, industry trends, and market dynamics to drive informed decision-making.

Core Consulting Skills:

• Develop tools and assets that add value and enhance client project outcomes
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure solutions meet client needs and expectations
• Identify and deliver additional value to the firm through strategic project contributions
• Contribute to business development efforts by supporting proposal creation and client outreach
• Gain cross-functional experience by working on a variety of Thoughtium solutions

You Have:

• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Self-starter attitude when it comes to solving new, ambiguous and complex problems
• Ability to work proactively in a high-demand, fast-paced startup environment
• Excitement for working across multiple projects and clients at the same time
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated consistent curiosity and passion for continuous development
• Willingness to travel to deliver on client engagements when necessary
• (Preferred) Experience using or delivering design thinking framework and tools
• (Preferred) 1-3 years of experience in management/strategy/ L&D consulting, client services or related field
• (Preferred) A background in adult learning, industrial organizational psychology, or sales enablement
