John Keene

John is driven by closing the gap between what organizations value and how their people think, work, and perform. With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, he is especially interested in the relationship between work and technology — and in optimizing the human experience at work while helping leaders and businesses reach their goals.

John brings experience across a wide breadth of I-O topics, from learning and leadership to design and facilitation. At Thoughtium, he applies this expertise — along with his curiosity and authenticity — to support each of our partners in creating harmony between human experience and business success.
