Previously, Olivia was a manager at a leading professional services consulting firm, where she partnered with executive-level stakeholders and delivery teams on strategy, data analytics, product development, and AI. She began her career in biomedical engineering and clinical research, building a foundation in data-driven problem solving and human-centered innovation that continues to shape her approach today.
