Client Need

Faced with the challenges of rapid industry shifts, increasing demands for innovation, and the need to adapt to constant change, the Health Tech Company desired a leadership development solution to equip leaders across all functions with the necessary mindsets, skills, and tools to navigate these shifts effectively. 

To ensure alignment with their ways of working and values, they desired a program that would empower leaders to build resilience, foster team growth during times of change, and balance long-term strategy with short-term execution to drive both individual and organizational success.

The Solution

To equip leaders with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape, Health Tech Company partnered with Thoughtium to design and deliver a three-phased Leadership Development experience focused on leading within change.

The objective of the program was to enable leaders at all levels (front-line managers to C-Suite executives) to enhance self-awareness, strengthen team leadership, and build trust across the business, ensuring they could navigate uncertainty with confidence.

This structured learning journey provided leaders with practical tools, shared learning experiences, and real-world application strategies, fostering a more connected and adaptable leadership culture.

Leading within Change 3-Phase Leadership Development Program 

Driving business outcomes through leading self, others, and the business in today’s dynamic work environment.

  • Workshop 1: Lead Self
    • Strengthening self-awareness through values and effective listening.
  • Workshop 2: Lead Others
    • Developing empathy and adapting leadership styles to inspire and engage teams.
  • Workshop 3: Lead the Business
    • Building trust and enhancing communication to drive alignment and business impact.

Group Coaching Sessions

After learning new skills and frameworks, Thoughtium facilitated small group coaching sessions after each workshop to put learning into practice and further build community within teams. This unique format allowed leaders to discuss and solve real-world challenges faced in their roles, fostering collaboration and shared learning experiences.
