Client Need
As our client company continues to grow and scale, more team members are being promoted into roles requiring strong foundational leadership and managerial capabilities. Recognizing this shift, our client saw an opportunity to invest in developing critical skills across the go-to-market (GTM) organization—preparing emerging leaders for long-term success.
Many of these new leaders had limited experience managing people and minimal exposure to formal leadership training.
To build a strong leadership bench, the program focused on key priorities of: defining and embodying great leadership, coaching for both performance and personal growth, and navigating the various dimensions of leadership—shifting seamlessly between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
